SERVICES
Our therapists provide different services to those they work with. Learn more about the therapy we offer for OCD, Anxiety and Eating Disorders below, or browse the Treatments & Services menu above.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Our therapists provide psychotherapy on an outpatient basis. While most people begin with once weekly sessions, we offer intensive work, too. We also meet with some people on a less frequent basis. Interested to learn more? Feel free to contact us here.
ONLINE THERAPY
Our therapists work with Clients online through a platform called Simple Practice that is similar to FaceTime, Zoom and Skype but is secure and HIPAA compliant.
Online therapy is a useful alternative to in-person counseling. In fact, research has shown online treatment to be as effective as in person treatment. Our Director, Lauren Rosen, LMFT, contributed to an article in Psychology Today on this topic that you can find here along with some of her other articles.
We provide therapy for OCD, Anxiety & Eating Disorders to people online in California, Florida, Utah, Nevada, in some other states and abroad.
Florida law requires out-of-state psychotherapists providing teletherapy services to Florida residents to provide a link to the State of Florida Department of Health: http://www.flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/

CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
Our therapists work with youth under the age of 18, from elementary school aged children to pre-teens and adolescents. We also work with the loved ones of adults and children with mental health struggles in order to help partners and parents to provide support and support themselves. For a list of some of our favorite Child and Family books (as well as other books) on OCD and Anxiety, click here.
